WilliamTINNINGIt is with great sadness we announce the passing of William Bill Tinning on Monday the 11th of November 2024 after a long illness bravely borne. A beloved husband to Helen, a loving father, a devoted Papa, Brother & friend to many. Funeral Service will take place at the United Reformed Church on Monday the 25th of November 2024 at 11am thereafter to Annan Cemetery. There will be a collection in Bill's memory for the Renal Unit at Mountain Hall. Family flowers only.
